Important touch point with the end customer

Hi all

please remember Dave Cooper (The end beneficiery) is volunteering to come back in early tomorrow to give reflection on your sense of direction and key ideas.  He will be onsite at 10.30 and only here for an hour or so giving you 5-7 minutes each!!!

Beyond operational benefits, the potential to help the local authority save money
